This contributes to innovation and is partly responsible for the success of a project or a company. We also utilise this superpower at the EAT HAPPY GROUP by creating a place for our employees to develop and grow.

These are the words we live and work by every day at the EAT HAPPY GROUP. Because through diversity, we promote equal opportunities and value the diversity of individuals.

Together with our Diversity Round Table, founded in 2022, we shape how we make these values visible and tangible for all our employees and beyond on a daily basis. The team is made up of employees from a wide range of areas. It meets regularly to initiate diversity-related projects within and outside the company.

Diversity

Diversity has been an important building block for the concept and the company’s success since it was founded in 2013. People of more than 75 nationalities work for EAT HAPPY. This diversity is also reflected in the corporate culture. All employees provide valuable impetus for more tolerance and contribute their ideas in all areas. Interaction at eye level plays a decisive role in cross-divisional collaboration.

Local commitment

In order to promote diversity, tolerance and variety outside the company, the EAT HAPPY GROUP supports local initiatives such Aidshilfe Köln e.V.Anyway e.V., and SOFRA – Queer Migrants e.V. At the same time, we are working on the visibility of the company in the context of diversity: since 2023, we have been taking part in the ColognePride Parade and the Run of Colours with our own truck and a group of people on foot.
